Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it is final and cannot be changed or canceled unless there is a system error or event cancellation. This means you should always double-check your bet details before confirming. If you do make an error in placing a bet or encounter a problem, please reach out to us immediately for assistance.

Postponed Events

If an event is postponed and completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time, your bet will remain valid and will be settled according to the final outcome of the event. However, if the event is not completed within 48 hours, your bet will be refunded. This ensures fairness for all users and protects you in cases where an event is delayed or rescheduled.

In cases where a match or event is rescheduled, we will notify you of the new schedule, and your bets will still be valid as long as the event is completed within the allowed timeframe.

Incorrect Odds or Listings

From time to time, errors may occur on the platform regarding incorrect odds or event listings. In the event that incorrect odds or information are displayed, we reserve the right to void or adjust any bets placed under those conditions. If this happens, we will notify you and provide you with the correct odds for the event. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of betting and ensure that all bets are placed based on accurate and fair information.

Suspicious Activity

At Bets Boomerang, we take the integrity of betting seriously. We actively monitor all accounts for signs of fraudulent or suspicious betting activity. If we detect unusual betting patterns, such as betting on events with manipulated odds or accounts attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, we reserve the right to:

Cancel bets that appear to be fraudulent or suspicious.

Suspend accounts involved in any such activity, pending investigation.

We encourage all users to place bets in a fair and responsible manner, adhering to the rules of the platform and respecting the integrity of the betting process.

Betting Limits

To ensure a fair and responsible betting experience, betting limits may be applied to your account based on your betting behavior or the regulatory requirements in your region. Betting limits can include:

Maximum bet limits for certain markets or events.

Deposit limits to help you stay within your financial comfort zone.

If your account is subject to betting limits, you will be notified, and you will be able to manage or adjust these limits in your account settings.

Event Settlement

All bets placed on Bets Boomerang are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant governing bodies of the event. If there is any dispute regarding the official result, we will use the official outcome determined by the organizing body (e.g., AFL, NRL, tennis federation) to settle the bet. This ensures transparency and fairness in the betting process.

Void Bets

If an event is canceled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be refunded. Bets will also be void if there is a technical error or other circumstances that prevent the event from taking place as scheduled.

Live Betting Delays

For live betting, odds are updated in real-time as the event progresses. However, there may occasionally be slight delays due to network issues or server synchronization. During these periods, all bet placements will be logged with accurate timestamps, and the system will ensure that bets are placed fairly within the available window.
